1 General Terms & Conditions

OKPJ is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a valid license. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform and must comply with all local laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

OKPJ's Terms & Conditions are provided in full Bengali so that Bangladeshi users can easily understand them. Please note, however, that in the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the final and authoritative text.

• Each individual may register one account only.

2 Account Registration

When registering with OKPJ, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• During registration, you must provide your real name, accurate date of birth, and an active mobile number.
• Each individual may hold only one account — creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• During KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be required to submit a government-issued ID, passport, or driving licence.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

OKPJ supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• The same payment method used for deposits must be used for withdrawals.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• OKPJ may request verification for any suspicious transactions.

4 Betting Rules

Please keep the following rules in mind whenever you bet on OKPJ. These rules apply to all Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Bets can be placed both before a match begins and while it is in progress (live betting).
• Bets placed on odds that were incorrectly published due to a technical error may be voided.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, stakes will be refunded in accordance with OKPJ's policy.
• Coordinated betting from multiple accounts on the same match is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum betting limits are set individually for each event and market.

OKPJ monitors all betting activity. Any unusual or suspicious betting patterns will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken on the relevant account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

OKPJ regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a bonus on their first deposit, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• Reload Bonus: Reload bonuses are available for existing members, but may not be claimed more than once per week.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.

6 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the activities below will result in immediate account suspension, and your balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Placing bets through match-fixing or by exploiting insider information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

OKPJ reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months).
• The user requests self-exclusion.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, provided no rule violations are present.

8 Responsible Gaming

OKPJ is firmly committed to Responsible Gaming. We want all our players to enjoy gaming as a source of entertainment, not as an addiction. To support this, we offer the following features:

• Deposit Limit: Set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please reach out to our customer support team first. We aim to resolve every complaint within 48 hours.

• If a complaint is not resolved within 30 days of submission, the matter will be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority.
• OKPJ's decisions shall be considered final, unless overruled by a higher court.

11 Changes to Terms

OKPJ reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform and sent to your registered email address before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Please make sure to read the revised terms whenever you receive a notification of changes.
